We're on the lookout for a dynamic, full-time Relocation Agent to join our team to help deliver our flat package.
Your Role:
- Coordinate and execute our apartment search service helping Expats to find flats in Berlin following our processes and strategies.
- Assist clients in document preparation for applications.
- Attend viewings with clients as their interpreter and translator.
- Build relationships with landlords and real estate agents in Berlin and remotely throughout Germany.
- Understand client requirements, while ensuring realistic expectations.
- Communicate exceptionally with kindness, care and clarity.
Your Profile:
- Possess exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Enjoy active work, moving around the city regularly. This is not a desk job! (Although there are some office hours)
- Proactive and independent in developing systems to minimize errors.
- Friendly and empathetic, yet efficient and clear in communication.
- Understanding of Berlin's rental housing market. Professional experience a plus.
- Practical experience and understanding of skills needed to setup housing - eg. utilities, internet, rental contracts, subletting contracts, residency registration.
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Fluent in German (professional level) and English (near-native proficiency).
- Excellent foundational IT skills, using Google suite products (calendar, gmail, docs, sheets +) quickly and with confidence
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Adaptability and stress management skills in a dynamic workplace.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
